Wowie zowie. Lost in Translation, anyone?
SherrykimLee on June 26, 2010 at 7:05 pm
Oh no! This video is like the one in that movie “The Ring”. I just ran to my BR and spackled the bowl!
BTW I learned that when my Korean mother asks me “Have you been touching your roommate’s girlfriend yet?” She MEANS: “Have you had a chance to get in touch with your roommates girlfriend yet?”
I know some guys are into that, but not my roommate or his girlfriend,or me!
keiwaka on January 31, 2009 at 12:33 pm
nippon daisuki desu yo. Look at this picture my hubby’s friend took: http://good-times.webshots.com/photo/2282342590066767368YlXXNz He frequently travels to Japan, and sometimes is lucky enough to see things like this one (link above). Our daughter is a Linkin Park Otaku (linkin park baka?) and recently found out she will get a MAKE-A-WISH trip to Japan!!!! She’d also love to meet the guys from LP… 😉
axrinekey on December 23, 2008 at 7:49 am

But seriously it really does freak me out when the girls suddenly SPEAK english and exercise!!

Leconte on November 21, 2008 at 6:06 am
I don’t know if it’s a real English learning video or not, but there must be some people who take and proctice it seriously in Japan.
CuteWhiteBunny on November 21, 2008 at 1:32 am

Is this the new Pepto Bismol dance???? Thanks for finding this great stuff to make us laugh our way through the day Mike.
DLB on November 19, 2008 at 5:40 am
Wow. 😄 It seems more like a baaaaaaaaad Asian take on the Pepto Bismol commercials. Like the one that has all the giant people/creatures doing the “nausea, heart burn, indigestion, upset stomach, diarrhea” dance. Maybe it was the steak and cheese that did it. x33
FAR on November 19, 2008 at 4:27 am
seemed that many Mike’s fans love Japanese…
one of my classmates is studying Japanese, and he is crazy about it….
jay521 on November 18, 2008 at 8:19 pm
Now diarrhea can be fun for everyone
including a little dance, screw looking like you’re in pain =)
Great clip Mike!! lol
MayJ on November 18, 2008 at 7:45 pm
Yeah yeah yeah, Japanese people are really weird, including myself.lol
Where did you get this old 80’s video by the way????
hombredelsaco on November 18, 2008 at 7:07 pm
Funny video! They are not very good at their singing!
I do not know, but when going to more comments, I cannot go past the second page. I try to go to the third page, but it keeps me back on first page. I am thinking it may be the computer I am using, but I had thought you may want to know if something is wrong, Mike.
I am sorry for my poor english, I am learning!!
hannxmann on November 18, 2008 at 6:57 pm
i cant believe thats actually real. dont they check on the language and everything before they do translation things like this ? apparently not. otherwise its hilarious. where do you get these great videos ? they make my day. hahaha.
ShadowerLiltani on November 18, 2008 at 4:34 pm
I couldn’t watch it all the way through. I love the Japanese language but I can’t handle the high pitched, over accented voices. And because of the mention of excessive bowel movements.
lxlatinangelxl on November 18, 2008 at 2:52 pm
LOL….reminds me of the time I was in 4th grade,we had to make a song about math,I teamed up with my friends and the chorus was something like ”Math is fun,Math is fun”…yeah, that’s all I remember UU it’s actually somewhere on the internet, just don’t know where, and that was my first experience recording a song, let me tell you,it’s a hard process…xD…we had to repeat it like a bizzilion times!!!…the guy was like ”get near the microphone”’,”start again” ,”sing louder”,”you girls forgot THE LYRICS!!” …I was like ”wtf?”…but we had no choice,so we ended up recording it anyway,…

I knew you wouldn’t miss it. Could you give us more info about the alternative show that you are organizing, which would take place in January and will consist of paintings, selected by you and Joe? Will you show there some paintings of you and Joe, too, and also some collaborations? Krassie

Hey Mike. I know you don’t normally take favors lightly, but I’m asking this with the deepest confidence in you, that you will help me out. I want to surprise my friend Tristyn. She is the sweetest person I know, but everyone has been extremely cruel to her. She is not a bad person. And I want her to know that. I want to show her how much we care about her. I think a good way to achieve that is for me to ask you to give her a small “hello.” No emails. No stupid phone calls. Just a simple hi on this blog. Just one line. You will help her so much, with just one word. Just think about it. Thanks, Mike. Signed Kellie, Jade and Dori

it’s quite obvious that when i have diarrhea, i run to my closet, put on my wonderful 80’s-styled, neon-colored aerobics clothing, do an awesome exercise move that involves working my abs and repeat, “i have a bad case of diarrhea!” over and over again.
Elizabethany on November 17, 2008 at 7:36 pm

Well then. Japanese video with an Australian man and German on their tops….
I’m going to blindly assume this is some sort of Japanese Pepto-Bismol commercial, because otherwise…
But this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IeRGd4Rn7fA&feature=related, at least to me, is far more hilarious. Because nothing says musical like a staged mugging and threats of homicide and a policeman who looks straight out of bad porn.
Celestial on November 17, 2008 at 7:18 pm
I saw the “I Was Robbed By Two Men” thing from the same show. It was also pretty funny. xD
