Wow, those are amazing! But then again this is coming from someone who rarely sees snow. lol Still, they’re great.🙂

Talking about snow check out this pic & tell me how many seasons you see in there? The only Photoshop done to it was the cropping. http://viewmorepics.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=viewImage&friendID=230215217&albumID=802787&imageID=23108909

  11. Jen1983 on December 23, 2008 at 4:54 am

Wow. What an original idea, they look awesome. I’d so do that on all the cars in my street if it ever snowed here! Although that’s some major wishful thinking living in England…

    Yeah, pretty cool!🙂 I wouldn’t try, but it’s cool😉

When i first saw the other pics on the site, i found them creepy, ’cause some of them look like the “Shroud of Turin”.. :O

  18. magzimgo on December 23, 2008 at 12:11 am

mike have u tried doing by urself? i mean, its impossible to do this level of detail with just pushing yourself in to snow. it will remain on your face, clothes, whatever. it’s kinda fake thing. imho

  19. soyuneik on December 22, 2008 at 11:52 pm

These are beautiful. Whats this song everyone’s talking about? Ah, I’ll check it out when I have some time. Have any sorta idea yet for your pushed back art show? I was really looking forward to seeing that.

  20. Mr_Huhn on December 22, 2008 at 10:49 pm

  21. Dori on December 22, 2008 at 10:27 pm

Wait a minute, Mike, you said that they pushed their bodies in to snow? The blog said that they pushed their faces into white powder on snow? Either way, this is really awesome… Thanks for sharing! Merry Christmas to you and your family, as well. Any big plans?

  22. nillp on December 22, 2008 at 9:58 pm

    whoooa! that’s so amazing!

at first i thought that it was a 3D sculpture in the snow..

as the guy wrote in the site ” create a super cool illusion of 3D sculptures”..

have a great week. take care. seeu. mk’nil :*

  23. CuteWhiteBunny on December 22, 2008 at 9:53 pm

  25. ritzifying on December 22, 2008 at 7:36 pm

What fun that must’ve been! I can’t even build a very good snowman or make a very nice snow angel.😦 lol

I love when people use part of nature for their art (like the guy at Ocean City that does the sand sculptures).

  26. ThePrincess on December 22, 2008 at 7:32 pm

    OOOH THAT IS SO SWEET..MIKE..
THANK YOU HONEY…AND THANKS TOO FOR THE XMAS GIFT..LOVED IT !!!!

    Art is cool too.

  31. epicsend on December 22, 2008 at 5:37 pm

Thats really cool for some some reason it reminds me of the cover of Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge and Mike thanks for Lockjaw its awsome

Merry Christmas to you your family and the rest of the band

  32. Hawaii_LP_fan on December 22, 2008 at 5:04 pm

How very creative of the artist to use nature’s canvas! An image of two people kissing with a heart formed in the middle….very cool. The snow profile is amazing unlike a “snow angel”. All you get is an impression of the back head, imaginary wings from pushing your arms up & down. But this is detailed & beautiful. Yuki is always breathtaking…thanks for sharing!

  33. JohnLP89 on December 22, 2008 at 5:00 pm

Dude, off topic, but Lockjaw is amazing!! Merry Christmas Mike!

  34. Spiritedhellion on December 22, 2008 at 4:46 pm

all I can say is BRRRRRRRR! Thats so wicked though stops, looks at her window at the snow we have here in Maine Nope, ain’t got the berries 😉

  35. Mycophycophyta on December 22, 2008 at 4:38 pm

Hey Mike, thanks for the LPU download of Lockjaw!

  36. KATHYxx on December 22, 2008 at 4:28 pm

it’s looks kinda rand- OMG THERE”S A FACE THERE. wowo.

Makes me wish I hadn’t gotten an epic cold when we got almost of foot of snow… now both the cold and snow are gone

  37. Sonia_LPrnway_ on December 22, 2008 at 4:17 pm

    so beautiful!

  38. Zephran on December 22, 2008 at 4:15 pm

    Wow thats really cool..

I might as well add, thanks for Lockjaw🙂 Sounds awesome, really looking forward to the new stuff!

    Happy holidays to you man

  39. PankakeMunky on December 22, 2008 at 4:12 pm

wow, that’s pretty amazing. i wouldn’t have thought of pushing my face into snow or try that since that’ll be way too cold for me. i just like writing funny messages in the snow on my mom’s car when i’m supposed to actually help clean the snow off of it… haha

  40. YuN_RoCks on December 22, 2008 at 4:08 pm

that’s nice! and it was snowing too, awesome.

  41. lucky_cat on December 22, 2008 at 3:40 pm

Amazing ! Usually we make snow angels. It’s really neat, you lay down in the snow on your back and move your arms up and down over your head to form the wings, then move your legs side to side to make the bottom part of the angel’s robe. But I never tried it with my face. Unfortunately I can’t check it out, it’s too warm, as some others mentioned – no snow at all😦
@ ElliotakaMC_Eli: My son saw the movie yesterday. He was not too happy about it😉

  42. xoxo_Flor_xoxo on December 22, 2008 at 3:24 pm

    wow!!

    this is incredible!

its very beautiful what something like snow can do.

it suxx cuz out here in LA,itll probably never snow.

    =[

    Anyways,
    this is very cool
    😀

  43. MarishkaLP on December 22, 2008 at 3:02 pm

wOw how can it be possible? do they put them into or just on the snowdrift? anyway the result is amazing! great art! i LOVE snow and it’s actually snowing outside of my house (i feel it like…mm..my december;) – a month dedicated to LP!:))

  44. burningdaylight on December 22, 2008 at 1:51 pm

that picture is pretty effing cool, and it leads me to this question: do you (or any of the other guys) like the snow?

  45. Madlen on December 22, 2008 at 1:41 pm

Whoa they really look like 3d ones…really cool:D

  46. Ana_ on December 22, 2008 at 1:30 pm

So beautiful!!🙂 Unfortunately, here where I live (Braga, Portugal) there is no snow…😦

  47. rockermeg on December 22, 2008 at 1:16 pm

    Woow…now I want it to snow🙂
It’s like when you go to the beach and people are making sculptures out of sand…that’s really cool.
I saw one of a dragon (full size) and it even exhaled fire; it was amazing…but you can’t really set snow on fire can ya?? Haha
    Nice find Mike

  48. HybridMeteora798 on December 22, 2008 at 1:13 pm

That’s awesome Mike! Sweet shit. But hey, man. Mike you NEED NEED NEED to check out this guy from LA. David from Shaolin Temple Of Boom (www.myspace.com/shaolintempleofboom) he is a huge anti-label independant artist. He is trying to change the industry by going indie and helping out all indie artists. And he makes a good living, and has amazing amazing music I think. Watch his videos and listen to his tunes and see what he’s talking about. Does it makes sense? Or is he just another down with the man kind of guy? Also the band http://www.myspace.com/allduerespectmusic is a strong indie supporter, but not as good music.

  49. antje on December 22, 2008 at 1:05 pm

    Wow, how beautiful. Amazing…
Unfortunately, the prints will go sooner or later….

No chance to do these prints in germany. We had 10 degree…:(

    Hey, it’s christmas… I want snow….

  50. mike_n_LP_4ever on December 22, 2008 at 12:58 pm

I’ve heard of Sand Art but not Snow Art. The Snow Art is kinda cool but then it’s kinda freaky in a way.If you don’t know what Sand Art is, then here is a link to a video of it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k43xQ7VfmTQ&feature=related It’s friggin amazing!!!! It’s not exactly like Snow Art…..but it has it’s similarities…….c(= The snow art in the picture is so romantic LoL! =D

  51. cuz on December 22, 2008 at 12:35 pm

This is amazing! I like pushing my body into snow but my prints doesn’t looke like that at all ;D But where the snow has gone this year?😦 Holidays are starting in two days and there’s no flake in Poland. Have a nice day🙂

  52. Monciukaz on December 22, 2008 at 12:23 pm

    wow.. It is so beautiful….

  53. ManBearPig on December 22, 2008 at 12:22 pm

That looks mighty cool. However, living in a place that gets that much snow (thank you southern Ontario) is not so much fun. I always find it funny when those who don’t get snow look at our weather and get jealous. It is beautiful to start, but once you enter February and nothing has changed, you get a bit bored of it all. Not to mention really, really cold. It was -20 C (-4 F) just the other day. As a high temperature. I can’t wait to head to Los Angeles at the end of January now.

  54. miKer0cks on December 22, 2008 at 12:11 pm

Awww Mike!!! How sweet!!!😀 I love this!!! Really amazing!!! They look like real people🙂 Wow, so cool!!! I want my x-mas to be white this year🙂 At least I’m hoping for it…Thx for posting this🙂 Anyway…What’s going with Warner Bros and Youtube? I didn’t really get it :S Too bad though😦 All my videos have started to dissappear😦
