Hey Mike,

After performing with Paul McCartney at the Grammy's and seeing what he is still doing for the music industry, can you see yourself as well as the rest of your the bandmates, performing in your 60's like Paul.

Thank you for making great music. I find myself only listening to your CDs.

Good Luck on the new album.

Why do I get the feeling a Yellow Submarine is coming by any time soon..? Or dare I say; PINK Submarine? @.@

By the by, they do jam sessions just about every other morning. Might want to keep that in mind. ;)

And bloody hell @ whoever said you "can" be the Beatles. Don't BE the Beatles. That's the most impossible thing to achieve unless you want to kill everyone between 30-70 years old. Be yourself.

I got thought about this,

As seen, in 4 years they created 7 succesfully(?) ablums.
I think, why they could do that is because their (lets say) first 2 albums where major milestone.
With the succes they created in that small amount of time people just couldnt get enough of it so they were pretty save to create another album. My opinion about that is that not ANY KIND of band should do that because of the great danger that lies beneath called critics and ''milking out''. IMO LP was even possible to do that after HT, but you guys maybe would ruined yourself. If your are familiar with The beatles, how do those albums sound like? All the same or different?

I have nothing to say about your post, sorry, but I was just wondering... a Finnish evening paper has announced LP may be performing at a one-day festival with Metallica and 10 other bands in Finland at the end of July this year. It's just a rumor and the organizers haven't confirmed anything yet, just said they've discussed a festival like that. Is it even possible to see LP touring in July? It sounds pretty unlikely.

I find it interesting how on most pf the comments people are saying "Oh no, you don't need to do anything, take your time" yet I remember reading quite a few posts on the forums of people bitching about how it takes 4 years to release an album. I'm not a musician, aside from being able to play a few chords and keys, but I've never written a song, definitely not an album so I don't know how the song making process is. I know I remember watching an interview with Kings Of Leon and they wrote two albums in two or three years I believe, but that wasn't them saying we need to write as much as possible, that's just how it happens. I think it's different for every band.

Shinoda is becoming crazy.. hahaha! joking, Michael... I mean that if you wanna make all these albums you have to stay in tour for loooong time... your band mates will kill you.. hahahaha! me not.. I will love you because I can havemore than a chance to see Linkin Park live... yeeee!!!! lol as what can I seriously say, you will pass to the history like the most important band (and if I'm not wrong, you guys already are from 10 years) and your fans will never stop to support you... and I personally think (and see) that they are becoming even more... so.. GOOD LUCK TO YOUR NEW ALBUM! (can't wait anymore...^^) and let Chester's voice relax a bit before tours... hahahahaha! :) kisses!!

Pump out a few records in the next few years, get a new label who doesn't scrutnize your fan base.
Please stray away from the slow pop songs. I know it sells, but it's annoying. MTM is boring.

in my opinion, mike, linkin park is soon going to be the beatles of the 21st century.

and truthfully, (even though I LOVE the Beatles), i actually prefer listening to Linkin Park, a whole lot more =] But that might be because i'm only 13, so i wasn't alive during the Beatles' highest point in success so i'm not really aware of how popular they really were.
(ps. this is really random, but i envy you for living in california. it's FREEZING in texas! it's like 15 degrees :( )
and btw ; you're my idol! - pallavi
