I can assume they created the one genre to “make life easier”. You’re right it was so 2004: back when you didn’t lose your integrity and go down this generic, billboard rock music route, which I’m afraid to say, we won’t remember in 10 years time like Hybrid Theory. We all miss Mr. Hahn scratching, and raps about “acidic questions” and “monkeys with human traits”. And whilst there is a slim chance you will go back to your roots, at least include the LP soldier, original artwork by yourself [Mike] and Joseph and another “Cure for the Itch” on the new album. Please.

Since their art is a reflection of their own being, the evolution (change of genre/aspirations) is simply normal. Unless the artist is a static person, who never changes or evolves which would make his art void. Evolution enables an artist to explore new possibilities, to experiment new ways of expressing himself as his artistic universe inflates. Now what you need to understand is that eventhough the genre, the course of the artist changes, his very core remains the same. Those who know how to listen will notice that MTM has what makes LP different and so special.Personaly, I’ve never labelled your sound.

It’s just unique and… catchy for me LOL. I have to say that I’m still 2001 LOL. I watched Live in Texas yesterday and I imagined that you guys surprisingly appear at the stage with old style on Halloween LOL. It’s a great idea huh =))
