Get Busy: a Koala with a USB Uzi

GBC UPDATE: The album is almost done, and will be ready for release in the next couple months. As you guys know, there are a lot of ways to go about putting out your music…so although they’ve gotten interest from labels, GBC has decided to go independent (a decision I am in 1000% support of). Make sure to jump over to http://getbusycommittee.com/ and sign up on the email list, so you can be the first to get new music and news from the guys.

The biggest news by far is the release of this image…the guys apparently plan on releasing a version of the album that comes with a stuffed Koala and USB Uzi. LOL: http://twitter.com/getbusycommittE/status/4405591352 Feel free to pass the info on, put it on your blog, retweet, etc.

Linkin Park Video Game: More

As announced earlier this year (http://www.businesswire.com/portal/site/home/permalink/?ndmViewId=news_view&newsId=20090421005647&newsLang=en), we’re putting together a video game for the iPhone and iPod touch. So far, it has been a lot of fun…although we don’t have a release date to announce yet, I thought I’d share a few of my concept drawings with you guys. I know it’s a terrible picture, ha!

This is the first time since the announcement that we’ve really talked about or mentioned anything about the game. We ‘re still working on it, but here’s what we want it to be: 1) Unique, 2) Fun.

We’ve been brainstorming ways to make story, combat, puzzles, music-based challenges, and RPG elements all fit within a community in the game. There are also some really funny things going on in the game that I know a lot of LP fans will recognize. Stay tuned for more info…

Who Are You? Promote Your Site.

Although I get a lot of great comments here at mikeshinoda.com, I realize that a number of my visitors are the “strong and silent” type. You guys visit the site, check stuff out, maybe even help promote the stuff I’ve got going on by telling a friend or re-posting it on your website or blog. I want to know who’s out there.
