I ordered all four items back in July, and the money was also taken from my account – STILL, I haven’t seen any of the merch and album yet, and no one replies to the e-mails I have sent to customerservice@bandmerch.com

I’m really sad of all this.

Hope you’ve enjoyed the world tour so far – it was awesome to see you at the M&G in Hamburg, and playing two awesome shows in Hamburg and Herning.
